• Saline Water Conversion Corporation will present investment opportunities within “Tasheel” program in Asharqia Chamber Tomorrow

    Within the framework of Tasheel program that will be implemented by Asharqia Chamber of Commerce, Saline Water Conversion Corporation will present a number of investment opportunities that are available to the business sector, especially owners of small and medium enterprises, on Thursday December 27, 2018 from 9am to 2pm at the headquarters of the Chamber.

     

    The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi, emphasized that the program includes a detailed presentation on the role and efforts of Saline Water Conversion Corporation in the localization of industry and services through the presentation of investment opportunities for the business sector, as well as providing a detailed explanation of the mechanisms and procedures for the registration and qualification of suppliers at the institution, in addition to holding direct meetings for businesses with the competent officials in the institution to provide consultations and facilitate the procedures of contracting.

     

    Khalidi said that the program «Tasheel» is one of the initiatives of Asharqia Chamber in supporting the Business Sector in the Eastern Region.

     It has been achieved through direct communication between the major strategic companies in the Kingdom and business institutions, especially small and medium enterprises, which comes in line with the Vision of the Kingdom of 2030 that aims to support: "the local component, and the resettlement of supporting industries, and achieve balanced development."

     

    Al Khalidi pointed out that the Chamber is always keen to achieve communication between the strategic sectors and the business sector (specifically small and medium enterprises) that take practical status, and hopes to achieve achievements that will add value to the private sector, and are reflected on the economic movement in the Kingdom.

    This is due to the firm belief in the Chamber that private sector institutions have the potential to do so, which makes them qualified to implement the requirements of supply, implementation and transportation, as well as the strategic sectors such as oil, gas, energy, industry.​
